Checkpoint is the in-house transaction management system of Coldwell Banker Salute in Lawton, Oklahoma. Only our real estate professionals, broker and office staff use it. Coldwell Banker Salute is an independently owned and operated franchise.
What we collect
- Account information for our real estate professionals and staff, like name, email and role.
- Transaction documents and details that our real estate professionals upload or send in, including signed contracts and disclosures.
- If a real estate professional connects their dotloop account, the loops and documents they choose to send in. Checkpoint only reads from dotloop and never changes anything there.
How we use it
We use this information only to manage our office's real estate transactions: broker review, compliance checklists, deadline tracking, commission records, and reminders to our real estate professionals. We don't sell or rent it, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Each real estate professional sees their own transactions. The broker and authorized office staff see all office transactions, as brokerage oversight requires. We share information only with service providers that help run Checkpoint, such as hosting and automated document review, and only under terms that keep it confidential and don't let them keep or reuse it. We also share it when the law requires.
Security and retention
Information is sent over encrypted connections and kept on systems the office controls. We keep transaction records as long as Oklahoma real estate record-keeping rules require.
